I can’t believe how “connected” I’ve become…

Walked into the office and we had no internet service. Not good.

I do all the things necessary to bring it back up, but to no avail. So off to the dreaded land on tech support hold. An hour later they’ve determined that it is either the modem of the line into the building. That means tech visit. Drats! There’re so many on the schedule today that the only way I’ll get a visit is if someone cancels, and, as they say, fat chance.

Seeing as how 65% of our business comes online these days, this is a great big “ouch!”

Ran to PCJ to get a quick connection to see if I could put out any fires. That helps but we can’t process orders or ship them out.

I’m not a happy camper…
