I just heard D. James Kennedy, the great Presbyterian orator of Coral Ridge Ministries, state that he wanted to punch people who refused to become involved in the nose!
The context was describing a woman who was being killed in plain view of scores of people. No one did anything. When asked why, they all stated they did not want to become involved. He then stated that failure to become involved in the evangelistic mission of the church is even worse – you don’t condemn a person to a single death but “trillions of eons” of death separated from God.
He stated: “Doesn’t it make you want to punch them in the nose?”
Watch out Perry! you’ve got a competitor!

Don’t you just hate people who quote or refer to other people’s blogs?
Me too!
Speaking of which, you gotta check these two out!
Next thing you know I’ll be quoting myself…

I’ve penned 3 different pieces over the months with Perry Noble’s name in the title. I’ve noticed that these tidbits have been continuously hit every single day by someone (really, a bunch of someones). Some days there are 10-20 hits on them, on strange days it may go over 50, but it is always, consistently at least 1.
Checking the stats, I’ve had over 1,000 hits on those article since penning the first one back in the early spring.
And that doesn’t even count the feeds!
Looking at where the bulk come from, it is not people interested in seeing what the man is doing. Rather, it is from folks that want to slam him a time or two.
My, my, my, aren’t we Christians an interesting bunch…
